Seeking Customs Broker to Join Sea Trade International, Inc. Team in Secaucus, NJ Headquarters Office.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate documentation is received and processed efficiently
- Release and process imports for vehicles and personal goods via air and ocean freight
- Oversee timely and accurate processing of ISF and entries, ensuring data entry is accurate and complete
- Evaluate classification and value for U.S. duties and fees
- Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and shipment releases as needed
- Maintain shipment records and data in relevant systems, utilizing Cargo Wise software
- Lead the brokerage department in completing tasks and managing risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 3-5 Years of Customs Broker Experience
- Proficiency in customs laws, regulations, and industry practices
- Valid Current Customs Broker License
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
