JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide reliable, excellent quality customer support through on-site inspections and preventive maintenance services on electrical fire alarm systems and automatic fire sprinkler systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Perform routine inspections, testing and preventive maintenance of electronic fire alarm systems, automatic fire sprinkler systems with minimal supervision
o Front line customer service and care
o Diagnose and evaluate systems that require servicing as well as troubleshoot issues that arise during inspections
o Provide solutions and/or recommendations to bring systems back in operating working condition in the most beneficial way for the customer.
