Client Development Associate – Life Insurance & Annuities
Full-time, On-site | Germantown, WI
We need someone energetic and personable to help expand our life insurance and annuity business. You'll find new clients, build relationships, and work directly with our owner in a role where you can truly make an impact.
No financial services experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know about the business, our products, and how to succeed in this role.
What You'll Do:
- Reach out to potential clients and generate leads
- Meet with prospects to understand their retirement and financial goals
- Use our tax planning software to show clients how life insurance and annuities can help them
- Create financial evaluations and proposals
- Help develop strategies to grow the business
- Work closely with Mick and the team to hit company goals
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn about financial products and retirement planning
- Experience with CRM or case management systems is helpful but not required
- Background in financial services is a plus, but we'll train the right person
