Job Title: Junk Removal Specialist / Driver (Non-CDL)
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience Tips (Customers tip well!) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday – Saturdays (Saturdays is as needed and only until noon). Closed Sundays.
About the Role
We are a growing hauling and junk removal business looking for a reliable, hardworking, and professional Driver & Loader. You are the face of the company in the field. Your job is simple but vital: arrive on time, provide great customer service, efficiently load the trailer, and dump responsibly.
Unlike other companies, you won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be out in the community, staying active, and helping our clients reclaim their space. As a growing company, we are looking for someone to grow with us and the right person will be given more opportunities with growth.
What You’ll Do
- Drive & Navigate: Safely operate a truck and trailer to various residential and commercial locations.
- Loading: Lift, carry, and load items (furniture, appliances, construction debris, etc.) into the trailer.
- Following Company Processes: Adhere to the job processes laid out within the company and keeping accurate records of each job via our CRM.
- Customer Service: Maintain a positive, "can-do" attitude with our recurring commercial clients and homeowners.
- Safety First: Ensure all loads are secured and the truck is maintained daily.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the day.
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (No CDL required, but experience hauling a trailer is required).
- Communication: Ability to use a smartphone to send photos and communicate with the owner.
- Professionalism: You represent the brand. We need someone clean-cut and polite.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a background check.
- Previous experience in moving, junk removal, or construction is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of trucks.
- Experience driving and backing up trailers.
- Have a smart phone and ability to use our scheduling platform.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
