Role Description
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales performance. This full-time position requires developing and mentoring a team, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to reflect the Cos Bar brand. The Store Manager will also analyze sales data, implement marketing initiatives, and build relationships with clients to foster loyalty. This is an on-site role located in Brooklyn, NY.
