Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate efficient patient flow.
- Monitor the implementation of clinical protocols and procedures.
- Conduct staff assessments and performance reviews.
- Provide support and guidance to nursing staff during challenging situations.
- Assist in the management of patient care complaints and conflict resolution.
- Participate in staff training, development, and orientation programs.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
