- Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs, medical histories, and assisting practitioners during examinations.
- Administer injections and medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Collect and process laboratory specimens as required including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and preventative care measures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Ensure that the examination rooms and medical equipment are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow-up visits, and procedures to optimize clinic operations.
- Current Certified Medical Assistant Certification.
- Preferred experience in ENT or relevant specialty.
- Knowledge of anatomy and common ENT conditions.
- Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction.
