Job Description:
- Receive inbound calls from callers who have been injured either by a pharmaceutical drug, medical device, auto accident, etc.
- Gathering of information from the potential client regarding Injuries: dates, locations, medical treatment, insurance information, and other details depending on the type of call.
- Qualifying potential clients based on region and local requirements that are predetermined.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a timely manner
- Making outbound calls
- Mailing, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Heavy data entry
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior Call Center experience is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, think on your feet, high inbound calls, and at times stressful environment
- Ability to work Phones, CRM Software, other programs simultaneously
- Near perfect punctuality and attendance required
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Must be office-professional and customer service experienced
- Pass Drug Test and Background Check
Education:
- Some college experience preferred
