We are looking for a dedicated, friendly, and organized medical receptionist to join our gastroenterology office. The right candidate will help us create a welcoming environment for our patients and facilitate communication between patients, referring offices, and our providers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk duties
- Process payments.
- Cross-train to cover medical assistant: room patients, schedule procedures or imaging
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, able to multitask, team-player
- Medical background/receptionist experience is preferred.
