$25 - $40 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and level- Performance Bonuses – $50,000 - $150,000 annual income potential

Key Responsibilities – Automotive Technician:
- Diagnose and repair customer vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.
- Troubleshoot drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Work with service advisors to communicate findings and repair timelines
- Complete required repair documentation and ensure high-quality work
- Participate in ongoing training and certification to stay current
- Maintain a clean, organized bay and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive repair experience (any level, from maintenance tech to certified)
- Toyota experience or ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
