What You'll Do

You’ll work directly with customers throughout the vehicle-buying process. Your day will include:

• Helping customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Learning customer needs and making vehicle recommendations
• Demonstrating Honda features and technology
• Conducting vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Working with managers to put deals together
• Following up with customers by phone, text, and email
• Building relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
• Assisting with vehicle deliveries and making sure customers leave confident in their purchase
• Learning Honda models, inventory, incentives, and programs
• Providing a great customer experience from start to finish

Who We're Looking For

Sales experience is NOT required.

Some of our best candidates come from customer service, restaurants, retail, hospitality, construction, trades, and other industries where hard work and people skills matter.

Schedule

This is a full-time retail sales position. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
