General Office / Clerical Experience with Basic Accounting Skills Preferred.
Corwin Ford Tri-Cities is hiring a General Office Staff Clerk to support the daily operations of our dealership office. This position involves data entry, scanning, filing, and general administrative duties, with opportunities to learn Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, vehicle deal processing, and licensing.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, filing, and document organization.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with office paperwork.
- Learn and assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Assist with vehicle deal processing, title work, and licensing as training progresses.
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other office staff.
- Assist with a variety of office duties and special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred.- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good computer, data entry, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, vehicle deal processing, and licensing procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
