Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Bookkeeping is a plus, but not required—we provide training to set you up for success! Job Responsibilities—Accounts Receivable:

• Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits as needed.
• Work closely with the accounting, sales, and service departments to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide administrative support and assist with additional clerical tasks as needed.

Job Requirements & Qualifications—Accounts Receivable:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of dealership accounting or financial processing is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or business is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
