Corwin Ford Nampa is growing, and our Quick Lane team is expanding to keep up with high customer demand. We’re now hiring motivated, customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisors who are ready for great pay, full benefits, and a long-term career path in a fast-moving service environment.

This is a front-line position where you'll welcome guests, assess vehicle needs, and serve as the link between customer and technician. Our Quick Lane operates with high volume, team support, and no appointment needed, which means you’ll stay busy, earn consistently, and build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist Quick Lane customers upon arrival
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and services
• Prioritize service needs based on urgency, safety, and manufacturer guidelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and service history
• Schedule service and help manage shop flow

Qualifications:

• Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate to succeed!
• Previous work history as a Warranty / Insurance Adjuster or Automotive Technician / Mechanic translates well in this position
• Previous Service, Sales/Retail, or Parts Department experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine setting is a HUGE PLUS!
• Previous customer service experience is a plus!
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
• CDK experience a plus!
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Good work ethic and computer skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
