Responsibilities - Front Parts Counter Person:
- Promptly assist technicians at the service counter with parts orders
- Look up and sell parts to retail and wholesale customers in-person, by phone, and online
- Monitor and track parts inventory and conduct regular cycle counts
- Handle incoming calls and respond with product knowledge and professionalism
- Maintain clean and organized parts counters and workspace
- Assist with parts invoicing, inventory paperwork, and tracking systems
- Support both the service department and retail customers with timely, accurate part deliveries
Requirements – Front Parts Counter Person:
Auto Parts Retail, Warehouse, or Dealership experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!- Ford experience is preferred but not required
- CDK experience is a plus!
- Previous experience in an automotive service or parts department is a plus!
- Prompt and dependable work attendance
- Friendly and good customer service skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
