- Updated Selling Processes to Properly Assist Today's Customers
- Greet customers in the showroom and guide them through the vehicle selection process
- Build rapport with customers to identify their wants and needs in a vehicle
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, safety tech, and performance
- Provide clear, accurate information on pricing, options, and financing
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, trims, and inventory
- Assist customers with trade-in appraisals and vehicle valuations
- Work collaboratively with sales managers and team members to achieve goals
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and post-purchase
- Complete required manufacturer training and certification
- Previous successful Automotive Sales Experience is a plus but not required!
- Fridays and Saturdays are required
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude
- Integrity, a Positive Attitude and a Strong Work Ethic Required
