What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Corvid Technologies?
Corvid's corporate office is looking to add a receptionist for our headquarters in Mooresville. This position will be the initial point of contact for all visitors to our campus as well as the primary point of contact for meeting support (both internal and customer/partner meetings at Corvid's headquarters). This position will need to professionally respond to a variety of inquiries and be comfortable enforcing visitor requirements.
The nature of this position will require someone to be onsite daily.

Tasking Will Include
- Greeting and badging visitors
- Maintaining the break area – including basic cleanup, organizing and stocking supplies
- Coordinating meeting requirements – including lunch ordering, conference room set up, and other activities that help staff efficiently conduct effective meetings
- Checking and distributing mail as well as FedEx/UPS packages (pick up & delivery)
- Assisting with corporate wide events including Christmas party, all-hands meetings, and more
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and supporting unique requirements as they arise
- Candidate must be a US Citizen
- Experience in an administrative role is required, preferably one that interacts with both internal and external customers
- Demonstrated organizational skills and strong MS Office experience
- Preferred candidate will have experience in a similar role
