This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fairfield, CA, for a Labor and Employment Attorney. The attorney will handle legal matters related to labor and employment law, including providing counsel to clients, drafting and filing legal motions, managing employment litigation, and conducting thorough legal research. The role involves advocating for clients in various employment disputes while ensuring compliance with labor statutes and regulations.

• Strong foundation in Law and Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in Employment Litigation and preparing motions
• Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Bar membership in California in good standing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Prior experience in personal injury or labor law is a plus
