The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on installation skills, duct fabrication expertise, and the ability to lead a crew through complex residential projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full HVAC system installations in residential settings, including heat pumps and electrification upgradesFabricate, modify, and install ductwork according to project specificationsSupervise and guide installation crew members on job sitesEnsure installations meet code requirements, quality standards, and safety protocolsCoordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain project timelinesTroubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions on-siteMaintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanlinessRequirementsProven experience as an HVAC installer in a lead or senior capacityHands-on duct fabrication experience is requiredStrong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps and electrificationAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and installation diagramsValid driver's license and reliable transportationEPA 608 certification preferredCompensation and Benefits$45.00 per hour depending on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with matchingPaid time offPaid volunteer days and fun daysTake-home vehicle
