The Knowledge Center Representative provides administrative customer service assistance to claimants, providers, and other interested parties by receiving and answering telephonic inquiries. Utilizing proprietary systems and training knowledge, this role delivers high quality inbound and outbound customer service with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and first call resolution. This is a remote role.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Delivers friendly, efficient customer service in a high-volume environmentAccurately captures and enters data into CareMC and other internal systemsDemonstrates active listening and communicates clearly to confirm understandingPromotes future use of self-help tools when applicableMaintains consistent attendance and meets quality and productivity standardsAdditional duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Effective verbal and written communication with active listening skillsBasic computer literacy and comfort using proprietary systemsStrong customer focus with ability to de-escalate routine issuesAttention to detail and time management skillsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or equivalent1 year of customer service or call center experiencePAY RANGE:CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
