What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Team Lead position at CorVel Brand?
The Procurement Team Lead position is 50% production and 50% assisting and supporting direct supervisor with ensuring the team meets protocol, as well as performing supervisory duties during the supervisor's absence.
This is an onsite position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor/Audit and reports for Procurement and clients
- Monitor/Audit files in Procurement staffs individual service queues via Management Console Tool for accuracy and timely claim processing
- Assist with Procurement QC queue tickets during high volume times
- Assist team members with all questions and concerns
- Answer emails and phone calls from both Procurement and other internal departments and also externally from Clients/Providers regarding any claims processing concerns
- Additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of office experience
- Minimum of 1 year as Procurement Analyst
PAY RANGE:
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range: $15.26 - $23.28 per hour
