- Good oral and written communication skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft office products
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Manufacturing Experience preferred
Learning Objectives and Responsibilities:
Leading daily management meetings to ensure that required actions are taken
- Work closely with department managers to ensure efficiency and to advise priorities as required
- Support plant housekeeping, organization, and safety rules including management personnel
- Create corrective actions for environmental non-conformances by analyzing key environmental performance indicators such as emissions, waste, recycling rates, and energy usage
- Broad understanding of safety systems and enforcement of safety policies
- Assist in removing production constraints, allocating human and equipment resources and aiding production employees to attain all established goals
- Monitor Plant success using KPI’s, Financials and Plant Performance Trackers
- Development and deployment of practical continuous improvement applications of lean manufacturing tools
- Ability to identify and eliminate areas of waste
- Lead the team in lean initiatives such as continuous improvement events and problem-solving activities
- Support quality system by assuring the team achieves quality standards
- Consistently adhere to, and support, company policies and procedures

- Provide oversight to achieve metrics through team-based problem solving
- Ability to motivate and communicate with employees

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
