What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grinder Operator - 1st Shift position at Corvac Composites, LLC?
Responsibilities
40 hours per week, OT as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMS
- Follow standardized work instructions
- Observe general and specific safety rules
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and contribute to the overall orderliness of the plant
- Responsible for checking mechanical safety when operating grinder
- Responsible for removal and reprocess of scrap
- Follow general and specific safety rules
- Fully participate in and support the Corvac Quality System
- Ability to train others as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow verbal and written work instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work OT as needed
40 hours per week, OT as needed.
Salary : $18 - $19
