We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Microsoft 365 (M365) to lead large-scale M365 migration and transformation programs across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, cloud transformation, infrastructure transitions, and application migrations, with proven experience managing enterprise-scale projects involving 5,000 users.
Key Qualifications
7 years of Project/Program Management experience within enterprise IT environments.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.
Proven experience delivering M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations for organizations with 5,000 users.
Strong knowledge of:
Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Tenant migration strategies and tools
Network and infrastructure transition
Application migration and modernization
Cloud hosting and cloud migration methodologies
Microsoft Azure services
Experience managing complex, multi-country, cross-functional technology programs.
Strong stakeholder management, governance, risk management, budgeting, and executive reporting capabilities.
Experience working with vendors, migration partners, and globally distributed teams.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
