As an Internet Banking CSR, incumbents will support CorTrust's mission and business objectives by managing and supporting all aspects and functions of electronic banking. They will provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff while troubleshooting and resolving inquiries. They will perform all duties in adherence to area policies and procedures.
Daily duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Supports all functions of Electronic Banking including ACH, ATM and debit cards, internet banking, bill pay, telephone banking, mobile banking, and e-statements.
- Takes inbound customer calls and makes outbound calls regarding debit card fraud concerns.
- Performs debit card maintenance including ordering new cards, closing cards, and processing debit card limit changes.
- Collaborates with customers and bank employees to troubleshoot electronic banking issues such as login errors, debit card transaction issues, and fraud questions.
- Processes ACH batches and international/domestic wire transfer requests.
- Assists customers with the enrollment process for electronic banking services.
- Researches bill pay transactions.
