Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Kendall, FL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective residents, providing tours of the property, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include managing follow-ups, maintaining relationships with current residents, and collaborating with the management team to achieve leasing goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
