Job Summary:

Cortland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and reliable Resident Transportation Driver to join our dedicated team. As a Driver, you will play a vital role in transporting our residents to appointments, medical facilities, and activities, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their journey. Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, medical facilities, and activities in our facility vehicle

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff members

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff

• Collaborate with the activities department to plan and execute outings and activities

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records

• Participate in training and orientation programs to ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Valid, unencumbered NYS driver's license

• Ability to push, pull/lift a minimum of 25 pounds

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:

• Part-time, per diem position with flexible scheduling

Salary: $16.50
