We're seeking a motivated Career Services Coordinator to join our team!
A successful Career Services Advisor has a positive attitude, is customer focused, displays professionalism and problem solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the Placement and Licensure of all enrolled and graduate students at the Campus
- Actively manage physical academic files for students and managing student information within the student database.
- Create environment with learning opportunities for students to prepare them for job search, including holding classes on resume writing, interviewing, and job search skills.
- Create/coordinate seminars, guest speakers and events for the benefit of students and/or alumni.
- Maintain current bulletin board postings and student files and job opportunities
- Facilitate communication between potential employer and student to ensure job is filled.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Exhibits a strong regard for organizing and prioritizing, as well as an ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and customer service oriented.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
