Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly capable Team Lead to oversee a multidisciplinary team supporting a U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) program focused on engineering processes, training development, and enterprise system support. This role blends leadership, technical oversight, and customer engagement, ensuring high-quality delivery across training, data analysis, and system sustainment efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in engineering support services, training program execution, and working within DHS/DoW environments.

Job Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Training & Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7 years of relevant experience supporting USCG or federal programs
• 2 years of leadership or team management experience
• Experience with:
  • Training delivery and instructional development
  • Engineering or technical support services
  • Data analysis and quality assurance processes
• Familiarity with configuration management principles
• Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with government clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with
  ALMIS, CG-LIMS, or similar logistics/maintenance systems
• Background in maintenance policy, technical publications, or lifecycle sustainment
  
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification
  
• Active Secret clearance
