Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Dedham!
We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders.

Position Overview: This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.
Clinical & Administrative Support:
- Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks.
- Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance.
- Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties.
- Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
- BT Managers for performance and operational support.
- BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing.
Learning & Advancement:
- Internal CEUs and virtual trainings.
- Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings.
- Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV.
- Growth into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles.

Compensation & Productivity:
- Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month.
- Base Salary: $81,700 and $102,200.
- Bonus: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field required.
- BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred.
