A team player who can collaborate with and enrich our fun & functional team. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and accounting software experience a plus. Experience in or around the construction industry helpful.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Accounting, and Vendors/Subcontractors for smooth contracting and payments
- Keep subcontractor agreements and outgoing payments organized, accurate, and timely
- Process receipts
- Support of payroll processing as needed with other team members
- Backup the Office Manager with front desk coverage and answering the main phone line (on occasion, along with several other team members who share in this responsibility)
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, or Business Management helpful) and/or relevant combination of education and experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the Construction Industry, preferably with a Commercial General Contractor or Commercial Subcontractor.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
