Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements (workshops, interviews, use cases, user stories).
- Analyze and improve processes like account opening, loan lifecycle, and payment flows using BPM techniques.
- Support solution design, integration and end‑to‑end testing, including migrations to new core systems or CBaaS platforms.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (business, IT, vendors) and help with training and go‑live support.
- Understand the existing customer data ( hence knowledge of SQL queries will be required)
