Corteva Agriscience is looking for an experienced Global Segment Finance Leader. This is a position that supports Global Segment Finance Leader for the segments within the Crop Protection business. They will also act as a liaison with Crop Protection global manufacturing sites to provide reporting and analysis for decision support to manufacturing leadership.

Corteva Agriscience is looking for an experienced Global Segment Finance Leader. This is a position that supports Global Segment Finance Leader for the segments within the Crop Protection business. They will also act as a liaison with Crop Protection global manufacturing sites to provide reporting and analysis for decision support to manufacturing leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Active business partner across global business team to align on data insights and trends.
- Lead business segment integrated reconciliation monthly financial review and provide data analysis packages to various members for the segment leadership team.
- Lead financial modeling process and discounted cash flow analysis across various Crop Protection business projects.
- High level of collaboration with Segment Integrated Operations finance team supporting global business teams.
- Strategic direction received from Global Operations Finance Director, Global Segment Finance Leader and Global Segment Leaders, and Global Product Managers.
- Partner on key strategic and productivity initiatives to ensure appropriate business insights are being considered and decision support is being provided.
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis with active support to Global Segment Leader, Global Portfolio Leaders, and Global Segment Finance Leader.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- MBA/CPA/CMA a plus.
- 10 years with prior roles in financial analysis or reporting.
- Financial modeling and discounted cash flow analysis of complex projects
- Strong software skills and knowledge of Windows Office applications (Excel, Word, Access), SAP.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to solve issues in a complex environment.
- Flexible with diverse working styles.
- A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or Qualifying Asylee/Refugee)
