Re​g E Representative

CorTech dba JobsRUs is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Reg E Representative position in Canton, NY.

This role is responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving unauthorized debit card and ACH activity on customer accounts in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Processing unauthorized or disputed debit card transactions, issuing credits, chargebacks, and adjustments within regulatory guidelines.
• Preparing customer communications regarding claim status and assisting branches and customers with dispute resolution.
• Providing clearing sheets to the Reconcilement Representative to assist with ATM reconcilements.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and internal controls in coordination with Compliance and Audit.
• Collaborating with the Deposit Operations Department to achieve annual bank goals and provide high-quality customer service.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
• At least one (1) year of office-related experience in banking or a similarly regulated, fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, customer service, organization, and data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
