Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Event Coordinator to manage and execute off-site events, including convention centers and large-scale events such as Formula 1. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth setup and service at each event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate event logistics from start to finish
- Organize transportation of products, equipment, and staff
- Oversee on-site setup, operations, and breakdown
- Communicate with team members to ensure successful execution
- Maintain inventory and ensure all event needs are met
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and early mornings
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
