Role: Junior Sales Associate / Specialist (Showroom) Location: New York – New York Design Centre Salary: $20 - $25 per hour ($41,600 – $52,000 annually) annual bonus The company Corston Architectural Detail was founded by a team of creative designers and engineers with a shared vision: to create high-quality, solid brass hardware, switches, outlets, and lighting that bring harmony and coordination from room to room. We’ve grown quickly and seen huge success in our five years – launching in the UK, EU, UAE, and USA. Our US business and operations is expanding quickly, supported by a customer service and warehouse team in Chicago and a new showroom located in Manhattan at the New York Design Centre. The role We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our showroom at the New York Design Centre. You’ll be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to our customers in the showroom or at tradeshows and driving sales through proactive outreach.

- Drive sales, increase awareness and acquire new clients
- Proactively reach out to trade professionals to introduce Corston and invite them to the showroom
- Utilise Corston database lists to build new relationships and drive sales across NY and US
- Build and maintain long term relationships with our customers
- Follow up and communicate with showroom visitors promptly
- Review and approve trade applications
- Ensure the showroom is presentable at all times
- Represent Corston at tradeshows across the US
- Motivate, guide and inspire the Showroom Assistant
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Minimum 2 year sales experience
- Excellent in-person and telephone skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills
- Thrives in face-paced environment
- The ability to build strong relationships
- Highly task and KPI driven
