Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
We are looking for someone who can drive the overall growth of the business in North India by effectively managing channel partners, system integrators (SIs), and retailers. This role includes regularly educating partners, SIs, and end customers about new product launches to strengthen market awareness. The ideal candidate will closely monitor competition, develop strategies to stay ahead, and create promotional schemes and product bundles to boost revenue. Regular market visits and maintaining strong relationships with key customers will be essential to ensure sustained business growth.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- To have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Managing Channel , SI and retail sales .
- Strong understanding of PC building and related components .
- Good awareness of IT market and current industry trends.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Proven leadership qualities with ability to manage and motivate the Disti sales team effectively.
