What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Sales Manager, DACH position at CORSAIR?
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Be able to create and execute a Sales and Marketing plan for your area of responsibility.
- Be able to measure performance accurately weekly / monthly / quarterly.
- Identify aging stock on retail shelf (> 90 days) and work out action plan with first line manager
- Manage demand generation plans with accounts via promotion, marketing, flyer and in-store promotion
- Identify any weaknesses quickly and create a plan to correct.
- Be able to identify business growth areas within your customer base – focus and measure results.
- Build strong relationships at all levels within your accounts. Visit customer locations frequently.
- Build run rates and forecast stock levels closely within all accounts to ensure maximum sales potential.
- Ensure that customers have a strong understanding of Corsair’s products and objectives.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair’s core values.
- Must be enthusiastic and dependable
- Ideally 3-4 years of experience in Retail Sales, Account Management or E-sports to tell the story
- Intermediate experience working with MS Office Suite; proficient in Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, lookup, formulas) is a preference.
- Experience and technical knowledge of the PC Gaming or PC Hardware market preferred
- Possesses a passion for technology and is proactive in staying current on the latest products to market
- Well self-organized to plan business travel and a substantial visit report
- Ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to detail with great accuracy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to articulate a point of view and negotiate
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
