Responsibilities

- Manage food service duties including cleaning work areas, equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for retail sales transactions.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a positive experience for all patrons.
- Handle cash and card payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in coffee preparation or food service is preferred.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
- Retail sales experience, particularly with cash registers or POS systems, is advantageous.
