Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Irondale, AL. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their vehicle issues and maintenance needs, providing expert advice on necessary repairs and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling service appointments, coordinating with technicians, providing cost estimates, and following up with customers regarding the status of their vehicle. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
