Now we’re looking for a Lead Barista who shares our love for caffeinated excellence and car culture.
About the Role:
As the Lead Barista, you’ll set the tone behind the bar. You’ll lead by example with top-tier hospitality, deep coffee knowledge, and a vibe that reflects our brand: clean, cool, and always dialed in. You'll help run the daily operations of the bar, train new hires, maintain high standards, and make sure our café runs as smooth as a V12 engine.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve exceptional espresso drinks, pour-overs, and signature beverages
- Maintain quality control and consistency across all drinks
- Lead, train, and inspire the barista team
- Manage opening/closing procedures and daily café operations
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and aesthetic (we care about presentation)
- Curate seasonal drinks and help select beans/roasters in collaboration with ownership
- Engage with customers who may pull up in anything from a vintage Porsche to a McLaren
- Represent the Corsa Coffee brand in energy, attitude, and service
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of barista experience (lead/supervisory preferred)
- Passion for specialty coffee and café culture
- Bonus: You’re into cars—or at least down to learn about them
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
- High attention to detail (both in your pours and your presence)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, community-focused setting
- Able to work weekends (that’s when the car meets happen)
