What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Teacher Head Start - Early Head Start position at CORS Head Start?

Direct and supervise the educational operations of the classroom.

Develop a Working Knowledge Of

ODE Early Learning Development Standards
Head Start Performance Standards and Domains
Step Up to Quality requirements
Agency curriculum, policies, and procedures

Serve as administrator under ODJFS licensing laws, where applicable.

Supervise Teachers and, when applicable, the Cook/Cook Assistant and Driver.

Provide Support And Guidance To Center Staff In

Building and maintaining partnerships with families
Using intentional teaching strategies
Facilitating meaningful activities and interactions with children

Positions Available

Full-Year Full-Time

Part-year Full-Time (August-May)

Locations: Fairborn, Ohio - Xenia, Ohio - Troy, Ohio

Compensation: $23.65 - $27.74 hourly

Salary : $24 - $28
