What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Control Manager position at Corry Rubber Corp?
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A sharp, fast-moving, fast-learning Production Control Clerk who lives in the MRP/ERP system and keeps our shop floor fed with accurate, fully-supported work every single day. This is a true high-volume, fast-paced transaction role – think hundreds of material issues, transaction reviews, and order releases per week in a demanding environment that never stops moving.
You will own the daily heartbeat of manufacturing: spotting and fixing errors the moment they appear, issuing materials at speed without creating over-issues or shortages, and turning sales demand into released shop floor jobs that are 100 % correct on the first try. Data entry accuracy and velocity are non-negotiable – you must be the kind of person who can hammer through high-volume, repetitive transactions quickly while maintaining near-perfect precision.
If you’re someone who gets energy from a busy screen, loves being the person everyone relies on to “make it work today,” and takes pride in keeping the system clean and the floor running, this is your role.
This is a critical, high-visibility role with a direct impact on on-time delivery and inventory accuracy. Competitive salary, full benefits including annual and significant profit-sharing, and a stable team environment.

- Ability to pull reports from the ERP, clean data, and spot issues quickly.
Attention to Detail & Accuracy

Time Management & Prioritization
- Handles daily fire drills (shortages, hot jobs, late materials) while still getting routine work done on time.
Problem-Solving Mindset
- Quickly identifies root causes of shortages, over-issues, or schedule breaks and fixes them or escalates properly.
