Primary Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for operating injection, and at times, conventional presses, to mold elastomeric (rubber) goods while reporting to the 2nd shift supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Operate multiple injection presses to mold elastomeric (rubber) goods
- Operate multiple conventional presses as needed
- Trim, inspect and box parts after molding
- Accurately record output on daily production worksheets
- Monitor quality using visual inspection and via software data entry
- Perform daily cleanup of press and other production areas
Suggested Background
- Experience and comfort with industrial machinery, computers and data entry
- Ability to lift heavy loads
Compensation & Benefits
- $16.94 per hour plus a target bonus of $2.00 per hour, brining target pay to $18.94 per hour ($16.64 per hour for A shift $0.30 per hour shift C shift premium = $16.94).
