Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to fabricate precision parts.
Duties:
- Operate and monitor machine tools to produce precision metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy
- Program and set up machines
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet required specifications
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and basic math skills
- Experience in machining, fabricating, and assembling metal parts
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and blueprint reading
- Knowledge of programming and operating machines with Fanuc controls
