Local Dispatch Operations Support
Corrigan Moving Systems is seeking an organized and dependable Local Dispatch Operations Support professional to join our Grand Rapids, MI team. This role provides essential administrative support to our dispatch and operations department, helping ensure accurate paperwork, timely payroll processing, and smooth preparation for each day’s moving crews.

What You’ll Do
- Review and audit crew paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Submit completed paperwork to the billing department
- Prepare paperwork and job packets for the following day’s crews
- Enter crew hours and payroll information into the system
- Assist with preparing quotes for local pickups and deliveries
- Communicate pickup, delivery, and pricing details to customers and internal team members
- Support the Operations team in maintaining high standards for safety, service quality, and profitability

Salary: starting at $45,000 annually
