🔪 About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen and help us deliver high-quality meals made with fresh, flavorful ingredients. You’ll play a key role in food preparation, kitchen organization, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
👨🍳 What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Present dishes with care and attention to plating standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and team-oriented kitchen environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook or kitchen prep experience preferred
- Serve Safe or Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Solid knife skills and understanding of culinary techniques
- Able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Excellent time management and multitasking ability
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
