As an Escrow Officer, you will manage a portfolio of clients in the Residential market segment while modeling Corridor Title’s values of Excellence, Integrity, and Commitment to Client Success. We are looking for someone who leads by example, communicates with professionalism, and builds strong working relationships across all parties involved in the closing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional, client‑focused closings that reflect Corridor Title’s values.
- Lead and support team members in partnership with the Lead Escrow Officer, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and communicate proactively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, builders, underwriters, and internal partners.
- Resolve curative and legal matters in collaboration with the Title Department, Underwriters, Lead Escrow Officer, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and finalize closing documents, including Closing Disclosures.
- Manage the closing process from start to finish: conducting closings, answering questions, securing signatures, funding files, and communicating post‑closing as needed.
- Pursue ongoing training and contribute to the training and development of Escrow Assistants and Administrative Assistants.
- Model and promote Corridor Title’s Purpose, Vision, Values, and Standards of Behavior.
- Participate in community engagement activities in support of Corridor Title’s value of Service to Community.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of escrow experience.
- Active Escrow Officer License and Notary License (or ability to obtain/maintain).

- Proven ability to manage time, clients, and multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.
