Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and appearance of the property. This includes performing routine and preventive maintenance, responding to service requests, preparing vacant units for occupancy, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with New Hampshire building, safety, and fair housing regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
- Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Conduct routine property inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Prepare vacant units for new move-ins, including cleaning, painting, and performing necessary repairs or replacements.
- Maintain and organize maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA and New Hampshire workplace safety standards.
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs for mechanical systems, roofs, grounds, and common areas.
- Support emergency maintenance requests and be available for on-call rotation as scheduled.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and Fair Housing laws.
- Report any property damage, unsafe conditions, or resident concerns to management promptly.

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
