Corridor is seeking a highly motivated and professional Licensed Real Estate Agent - Independent Contractor to be our next leasing rockstar. The contractor will perform various leasing and administrative duties to maintain high property occupancy rates, and provide exceptional service to prospective tenants. This role is laser focused on touring and converting leases!
Responsibilities:
As an Independent Contractor Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for:
Lead Management:
- Maintaining consistent and professional communication with prospects.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Managing and updating appointment schedules as necessary.
Market Knowledge:
- Providing detailed data and insights on market and submarket comps.
- Offering strategic advice to clients based on market trends.
Leasing Activities:
- Marketing and showcasing available apartments to prospective tenants.
- Assisting leads in completing lease applications and required documentation.
Lease Administration:
- Preparing leases accurately and in a timely manner.
Professional Representation:
- Representing Corridor with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Upholding the company's values and maintaining ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of of Minnesota
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and apartment leasing trends.
- Proficient in handling lease documentation and tenant interactions.
- Must be able to work independently while adhering to company standards.
Independent Contractor Terms:
This is an independent contractor position—average tenure at Corridor is 5 years. Compensation is commission-based, and the contractor is responsible for their taxes, insurance, and other expenses. Compensation ranges between $75,000-$115,000 for full-time responsibilities, and varies depending on how many units you represent. Contractors must provide their tools and means to perform services unless otherwise agreed upon.
